Returns

We are only happy when you are happy. So if you are not happy with your order and you want to return or exchange it - no problem, it's easy:

Within Germany

  • Fill out the return form that was enclosed with your order and put it in the package so that we can identify your return.
  • Then create a free return slip in the returns portal at GLS.
  • Enter your invoice number as the reference number.
  • The return bill will be created and sent to you digitally by email. You can either print it out or show the barcode on your mobile phone when you drop off the package.
  • Drop off the package at a GLS pick-up location - you can find one near you here: xxxxx
  • Please keep your proof of posting until you have received a confirmation of your return from us.

Within The EU

  • Fill out the return form that was enclosed with your order and put it in the package so that we can identify your return.
  • Send the package prepaid with the carrier of your choice to:

  • You are responsible for the costs of the return shipment, we cannot provide you with a return slip outside of Germany.
  • Please keep your proof of posting until you have received a confirmation of your return from us.

Outside the EU

  • Fill out the return form that was enclosed with your order and put it in the package so that we can identify your return.

    VERY IMPORTANT:
  • Include the original invoice in the package.
  • Mark the package as a return. How you do this depends on the carrier you use. Be sure to ask.
  • Send it postage paid to:

  • Marking it as a return is important to avoid additional customs charges, which we would otherwise have to pass on to you.

Living In The USA

Contact us at info@mamalila.com, it is much easier for you to return your goods within the United States. We will tell you how by email.

Receiving A Refund

As soon as we receive the return/goods, we will credit them to you and reimburse the amount using the payment method you used to pay. Please understand that this may take between 7-10 days.

If you exchange goods, we will transfer your payment to the new order.

Exchange

Would you like to exchange goods? Simply return the merchandise to be exchanged and place a new order.
